When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP online by June 15.
What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

A shuttle will be provided to and from Bridal Veil Lakes. Shuttles will depart from the Woodlark Hotel at 2:30 pm, with two return times at 8:30 pm and 11 pm. We highly encourage our visiting and local guests to take advantage of the shuttle due to road conditions leading to the venue. Please note it will be difficult to call a Lyft or Uber to and from the venue.
Is parking available?

Yes, there is ample free parking for those who choose to drive.
What should I wear?

Our dress code is fun and funky formal attire. We encourage our guests to have fun and let their personal style shine through—we want to see you in your dream outfit! See our wedding colors on the Details page. Please note that our venue is outdoors and mostly grass when choosing footwear.
What will the weather be like?

We’re expecting beautiful, warm weather on our wedding day (fingers crossed)! We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater in case it cools down in the evening.
What time will the ceremony start?

We are planning to start the ceremony promptly at 4pm.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We invite you to be fully present with us and kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony. Don't worry—our photographer and videographer will be there to capture every moment.
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/special diet options?

I'm flying into Portland. What's the easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport?

After exiting the gates, head downstairs to the baggage claim and follow signs to the MAX line. Take the Red line direct to the Pioneer Square stop. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from there. Lyft and Uber are also reasonably priced if you would like to travel more quickly.
